Crew Academy East, covers the County Kilkenny area, engages with and supports creative talent and provides opportunities to progress in the Film and TV Industry and achieve career goals.

The National Talent Academy for Animation offers a range of courses and programmes nationwide in the area of producing animation content.

Young Ireland Film Makers (YIFM)

Young Ireland Film Makers is a national film, animation and digital media organisation for young people across Ireland. Their mission is to make filmmaking and animation accessible to all young people aged between 10 to 25 years old. Located in Kilkenny, they offer film and animation programmes for young creatives.

They offer practical training workshops in schools, youth clubs, summer camps and residential programmes. Young people are empowered to work with professional equipment to make films, animation and digital media content.

SETU

SETU offer a four year TV and Media production Course at their Carlow Campus. This course teaches a wide range of skills covering each stage of media production. Research and producing, script writing, camera work, graphics, audio and video editing are all taught over the four years providing a solid, practical foundation for future work in the media industry.
